Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of the initial payment for a full refund — exactly the right our cancelflow pack describes. Write to [email protected] from the email used at purchase; refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
If the Service materially fails to operate (not quota refusals, which are by design — see our terms), tell us and we will fix it, extend your key, or refund the affected period.
Email [email protected] with your key prefix or the purchase email. We will confirm and process cancellation at period end, or immediately with refund if within the 14-day window.
